ESI Japan KK is seeking for a motivated Strategic Account Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts at strategic customers in Japan.Job Summary: The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote and sell our laser drill systems to PCB manufacturers in IC substrate package and HDI segments. This role requires a understanding of laser drilling technology, PCB panel automation, the PCB manufacturing process, and an ability to manage customer relationship, strategize sales action plan depending on business situation to grow sales.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the PCB industry. Build solid relationships with customers at multiple levels in the organization and with internal functional groups. Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with Product marketing, Application and Service teams in US and Japan to promote sales and solve issues. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products. Timely and accurate reporting of sales information not only accounts information, but market trend/competitor information. In time and on time update Sales forecast and align with team member, management and Marketing in US and GM of ESI Japan-KK. Communicate with colleagues in both Japan and US headquarter to support customers and make a progress of sales processes by managing PDCA cycles. Knowledge and skills:Strong skills to develop the business relationship with customers. Development of cross functional team work in the organizationKnowledge for Laser and Optics, Production system in PCB industry. Write a business letter and report in both Japanese and English. Good command of written and spoken in EnglishSkills to present the products in PPT format to customers. Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, CRM and ERP for daily business transactions. Specific tasks:Sales calls based on strategic action plans, business situation and specific goals internally aligned. Business travels in Japan to visit customersSales forecast and updateBusiness report to GM in Japan and collogues in US. Business opportunity priority managementBusiness travels in Japan and to US (optionally SEA to support Japanese customers locates in SEA). Ideal experiences:Bachelor’s degree: BSAt least 8 - 10 years business experiences in the industries of Printed Circuit Board or Semiconductors in Japan. Sales experience of Laser drill systems for IC package and HDI application is even better. Strategic Sales process experiences with Miller Heiman Blue and Green sheet or similar.
