CELLTIUM INC. is dedicated to developing a First-in-Class therapeutic intervention for Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 1A (CMT1A) and related neurodegenerative disorders. We are seeking a proactive and strategic Manager/Director of Business Development & Corporate Development to drive our next phase of growth through early-stage partnerships and securing our financing.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy encompassing early-stage research collaborations and future out-licensing opportunities.Lead efforts to secure investments from venture capital firms and strategic investors, including developing investor materials and managing the due diligence process.Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with potential pharmaceutical partners for future collaborations.Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with venture capital firms and strategic investors.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform BD and fundraising strategies.Develop compelling investor presentations, pitch decks, and business cases.Collaborate with internal scientific and management teams to align BD and fundraising objectives with research milestones.Support the exploration of non-dilutive funding opportunities.Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, corporate development, investor relations, or venture capital within the biotech/pharma industry.Proven experience in building relationships with investors and ideally some exposure to the fundraising process.Strong understanding of the biotech drug development process and the investment landscape.Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.Strong analytical and financial acumen.Proficient in relevant software (PowerPoint, Excel).
