Villeroy & Boch Bulgaria is seeking to recruit a motivated and passionateStrategic Buyer - CAPEX and Plant Indirects to join our Central Procurement TeamThe Strategic Buyer reports to the Head of Indirect Procurement and is connected to the Central Indirect Procurement Team, who will provide methodological support.Your responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at the sites and acquire knowledge of the business needs to ensure that applied purchasing solutions meet the site’s operational requirements.Ensure an objective sourcing process, in line with Ideal Standard Group Procurement policies and procedures.Contract & vendor management.Provide the correct methodology across all implementations of V&B Group within the Procurement organization.Maintain and, where required, improve the cooperation and relation with suppliers in order to provide the best balance delay/quality/costs.Identify, assess and implement cost reductions, linked to the assigned (sub)categories.Operational purchasing activities.Deliver savings and respect objectives as per agreed levels with your management.Your profile1 to 3 years’ experience in Strategic Procurement within an international, multi-site organization, in an industrial technical product environment.Business-fluent English (level C1) and experience with SAP.Degree in business administration or similar.Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, processes and tools.Experience in managing and negotiating with vendors.Experience in working with cross functional teams, preferably international.Excellent analytical skills and drive for results.Good communication skills and team player.Open for multi-national working-culture.Available to travel internationally.We offer you:Dynamic position in a team of highly qualified professionals;Opportunities for development within an international production company;Benefits:additional medical insurance;meal vouchers;company-sponsored bus transportation from / to Gabrovo and Veliko Tarnovo.Are you ready to shape the future with us?Apply now!
