Your MissionShape and execute sourcing strategies for direct materialsAnalyze global procurement markets and identify/qualify best-fit suppliersLead contract and price negotiations with national and international partnersEstablish framework agreements with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery reliabilityPartner closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance to secure material availabilityConduct cost analyses and unlock savings opportunitiesTrack market and technology trends to strengthen our long-term procurement strategyDrive cross-functional projects within supply chain and process optimizationWhat You BringDegree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or comparable fieldSeveral years of strategic procurement experience in aerospace industrySolid expertise in contract and negotiation management anc aerospace certificationProficiency in SAP (MM, SD); SAP S/4 HANA experience is a plusStrong analytical mindset and proven negotiation skillsFluency in German and English (C1 or higher required)Team-oriented mindset with ability to work across departmentsImportant for international applicants: Please apply only if you speak German at C1 level or above.
