We give priority to social contribution with the principle of "Make Happy Be Happy" and we have been producing happiness for more than 80 years with our products, services and sustainable social responsibility understanding.If you want to be a part of this global world with us, apply for the position of Strategic Communications Manager / Senior Manager and join us.What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?Plan, implement, and monitor corporate communication and brand strategies in line with Yıldız Holding’s vision and strategic goals,Ensure consistency and coherence in corporate messages, brand identity, and communication tone across the Group,Create and execute communication plans for corporate projects (innovation, digital transformation, social responsibility, etc.),Develop integrated communication strategies across social, digital, and traditional media channels, working in coordination with Media Relations, Digital Communication, Sponsorship, and Sustainability teams to enhance the organization’s visibility and engagement,Produce content that effectively conveys corporate stories and design communication strategies tailored to target audiences,Prepare and manage communication plans, direct and coordinate the process with stakeholders, and take an active role in reputation management and risk communication,Work closely with the Corporate Communications Leader and senior management to support strategic priorities through messages, speeches, interviews, and thought-leadership content,Manage agency, media, and stakeholder relationships; maintain balance among quality, timing etc. in communication projects,Be responsible for planning, monitoring, and ensuring the efficient use of corporate communication budgets.What Are the Qualifications We Expect?Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields,Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communication, external relations, or public relations,Strong experience and strategic perspective in corporate projects, media communication, reputation management, and crisis communication,Experience in C-Level communication and leadership content management,Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English,Competence in storytelling and content creation, with strong writing and narrative skills.Which Skills Will Highlight You?
