Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world.The role:Strategic Finance enables SoFi to develop and execute its growth strategy by driving financial visibility and accountability, built on strong relationships and grounded in facts.What you’ll do:Drive the optimization and standardization of financial reporting and analysis across functional finance teamsDrive Monthly / Quarterly Close process for functional leadersFacilitate annual and quarterly financial forecasting for SoFi's key initiatives in partnership with Functional leaders and in collaboration with various stakeholders and internal partnersAct as day-to-day finance partner to identify and monitor key performance indicators and develop actionable insightsPrepare quarterly internal and external materials to facilitate management discussion and analysis of key financial and business performance indicatorsPrepare recommendations on incremental investment opportunities by weighing financial and strategic trade-offsWhat you’ll need:3+ years of related experience, ideally in corporate finance, private equity, investment banking or consulting, or public accountingA deep understanding of expense management including vendor expenses and headcount planningExperience preparing and presenting information to key decision-makersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs/Sheets/SlidesCollaborative working style and demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationshipsInquisitive nature, attention to detail, diligence, and a good attitudeWillingness to embrace unstructured environments and problemsTime and project management skillsBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldBonus:Prior experience at the intersection of finance and Engineering / ProductCompensation And BenefitsThe base pay range for this role is listed below.
