This role is pivotal in driving organizational transformation, enhancing workforce capabilities, and fostering a high-performance culture.As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will lead strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives, support long-term growth, and promote employee development. You will also play a key role in deploying global HR projects and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Alignment & TransformationDesign and implement HR strategies that support business goals and organizational effectiveness.Lead complex, cross-functional HR projects and own end-to-end HR processes for assigned functions.Drive change management initiatives to support transformation and cultural evolution.Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.Talent & Performance ManagementCollaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy talent development and total rewards programs.Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, coaching, and evaluations.Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.Employee Engagement & RelationsBuild strong, trust-based relationships across functions to influence and drive positive change.Champion employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion through targeted programs.Resolve complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.HR Operations & AnalyticsAnalyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.Align HR activities with business strategy while enhancing employee experience.Contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes, systems, and tools.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.8–10 years of experience in strategic HR roles, ideally within a global matrixed organization in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.Proven success in leading HR transformations and influencing senior stakeholders.Strong consulting, communication, and analytical skills.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.What We OfferCompetitive Pay and BenefitsWe believe in recognizing talent and commitment with a rewards package that stands out.Collaborative Team EnvironmentJoin a diverse and dynamic workplace where teamwork is at the heart of all we do.
