About the RoleWe are seeking a Strategic Initiatives Intern to support strategic initiatives within the Cleaning vertical. The role combines business development, market testing, and operational support. You will work on on-ground activities and small-scale experiments to support market growth and operational efficiency.This internship requires on-site visits and fieldwork within Singapore.What You’ll DoSupport market development activities in the Cleaning vertical.Assist with on-ground business development tasks, including meeting partners or visiting potential locations.Work with Marketing and Product teams to test acquisition ideas and activation strategies.Support execution of small-scale experiments and channel testing.Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth coordination between teams.Conduct research and analysis on market behaviour, customer needs, and activation results.Prepare reports and updates on experiment outcomes and recommendations.QualificationsCurrently based in Singapore.Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months (full-time).Interest in business development, operations, or marketing.Comfortable with fieldwork and on-site engagement when required.Strong communication skills and willingness to speak to partners or customers.Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently.What’s In It For YouA paid internship with hands-on experience across business development and operations.Exposure to market testing and data-driven decision making.Opportunity to work directly with the Managing Director and cross-functional teams.Possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role upon strong performance.About HelplingHelpling is Singapore’s leading online platform for home and lifestyle services - helping thousands of households every week enjoy a cleaner, more comfortable, and better-managed home.Founded with a simple mission to elevate home care for every household, Helpling connects customers with trusted, trained, and professional service providers across cleaning, home maintenance, and personal care.
