We are 100% employee owned so work together to make our company successful.ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable (AR)Manage customer invoicing process - generate, validate & send invoices accurately and on timeEnsure customer invoices in compliance with Singapore tax regulations (GST invoicing requirements)Record incoming receipts (bank / electronic) and perform cash application against open invoicesResolve billing disputes and discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams (Project team).Maintain AR trackerFollow up on outstanding receivables and resolve billing disputesAccounts Payable (AP)Process subcon invoices, validate against purchase ordersPerform subcon reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in coordination with project teamsAccounting & ReportingAssist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliationsMaintain accurate financial records for assigned projectsAssist in Annual Budgeting, Forecasting, internal / external AuditsProject Accounting & ReportingMaintain accurate project cost records and ensure timely reporting of project financialsPrepare monthly project profitability reports and variance analysisSupport Finance manager with financial insights for budgeting and forecastingPrepare projects related reports during month end processCompliance & ControlsEnsure compliance with internal controls, policies, processes and proceduresMaintain proper documentation and support internal/external auditsOther ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the reporting managerQualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA)Fresh grad welcome to apply1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to project accountingStrong knowledge of accounting principles and Singapore tax regulationsProficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlinesGood communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat are we offering?An exciting and meaningful career path, working on innovative, challenging projects and learning from industry experts as part of PM Group’s world leading multi-discipline team.
