Job Title: Financing Manager / Senior ManagerLocation: SingaporeReports to: Senior Director, Investment & Financing Center in HQPosition SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Financing Manager/Senior Manager to join our global team. Based in Singapore and reporting directly to the Senior Director, this role is pivotal in executing our overseas (ex-China) financing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with the Group's existing network of capital providers, focusing on negotiating terms and designing optimal transaction structures for our projects, with a primary focus on the heavy-asset sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Execution & Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and finalization of financing terms with the Group's existing partners, including partners, banks, and institutional investors.Structuring: Design and develop robust and efficient financial transaction structures for overseas projects in collaboration with internal legal and finance teams.Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact in the APAC region for the Group's established capital partners, ensuring strong and professional ongoing relationships.Pitch Preparation: Prepare and present compelling financing proposals, investment memoranda, and other materials to secure funding from existing partners.Market Intelligence: Monitor the financing landscape in the region, providing insights on market trends and conditions to inform the Group's financing strategy.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the headquarters team, as well as legal, tax, and finance departments, to ensure seamless transaction execution from term sheet to closing.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in project finance, corporate banking, or investment management, with a proven track record in deal execution.Industry Knowledge: Significant experience within a heavy-asset industry such as data centers, infrastructure, real estate, or energy is essential.Deal Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in negotiating financing documentation (term sheets, credit agreements) and designing complex financial structures. The role focuses on leveraging existing relationships; while not a requirement, a personal network is a plus.Skills: Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills. Ability to manage complex transactions with multiple stakeholders.Language: Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory to communicate effectively with English-speaking & Mandarin-speaking stakeholders at the Group's headquarters and key partners.Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is highly advantageous.
