As part of Team Amex, you'll experience this powerful backing with comprehensive support for your holistic well-being and many opportunities to learn new skills, develop as a leader, and grow your career.Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future of American Express.How will you make an impact in this role?This role is responsible for the Charge Proprietary Products key drivers analysis, cost of Cardmember Services (CoCMS) line management and create strategies for efficiencies.Accountable for assessing the whole 2x1 benefit, generating a strategic plan for cost sustainability, including partner source value.Ensure 2x1 operational excellence in close partnership with the Global Travel and Lifestyle Servicing (GTLS) team.Management of the whole Charge Proprietary CoCMS including budgeting, tracking & improvement strategies.Leadership of product analytics for key projects to identify growth opportunities and cost efficiencies.Responsible for Project Management of key initiatives like Management Actions implementation in partnership with Global Tech and Digital teams.Control Management key role for core Product Benefits SOPs, Issues & OREs.Minimum QualificationsStrategic thinker, ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations.Decisive self-starter with a high degree of accountability and ability to exercise sound business judgment and clear independent decision-making.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy of data.Results driven mindset with a proven history prioritizing and delivering against multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to influence across all levels and to develop relationships with leaders, peers, and cross functional teams.Advanced Excel, PowerPoint knowledge required.Fluent in English written & oral.Project Management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with big data programming languages Python, Java, Power BI.We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
