Braun you plays a vital role in responsible for crafting integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals by leveraging market insights and competitive intelligence. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of Market Development Managers to ensure unified and effective go-to-market efforts. Your role will span across regions and product lines, driving impactful execution and strategic alignment.Your key responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support product launches, market expansion, and revenue growth.Perform comprehensive market research, focusing on healthcare trends, regulatory changes, and competitive analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development and commercialization timelines.Create compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and targeted campaigns for healthcare stakeholders.Lead and support Market Development Managers to ensure consistent regional marketing execution.Track key performance indicators and campaign results to refine strategies and maximize return on investment.What you will bring to the team: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic marketing, with at least 2 years in the health tech or medical device industry.Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, regulatory environments, and clinical value drivers.Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives.Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools is a plus.What sets B.
