This role is ideal for a creative and innovative marketer who thrives in a diversed environment, spearheading the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate brings proven track record of robust portfolios, and team management skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy proposals to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve revenue goals.Proposal Development: Craft compelling, full-scope marketing proposals tailored to diverse industries, showcasing innovative solutions to meet client needs.Portfolio Management: Maintain and present a robust portfolio of successful marketing campaigns to demonstrate expertise and impact.Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform innovative marketing approaches.Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team to ensure high performance across all channels, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 05 years in digital marketing, with at least 03 years in a Leadership or Supervisory role.Strong portfolio showcasing the success of developing winning marketing strategies and campaigns that drive measurable results across diverse industries and channels.Skills:○ Exceptional strategic planning and innovation in campaign development.○ Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels and Marketing Analytics tools○ Strong leadership and management abilities, fostering team growth and collaboration.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications.
