The impact you will have in this roleThe Strategic Partnership Manager (Not-for-Profit) is a pivotal role for cultivating, onboarding, and managing high-value relationships with large charitable organisations across Australia. As part of the Customer Experience team, this role focuses on strengthening the Good360 membership base by creating strategic engagement opportunities with mission-aligned organisations that can amplify Good360’s impact. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and service experiences for our strategic NFP members.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, who is motivated by making a tangible difference for people in need. It is a strong preference that your experience is within the NFP, Social Service or Government sector. What to expect in your role Build and manage long-term, strategic relationships with national and large-scale charities, community service providers, and other not-for-profit organisations. Identify, onboard, and support high-value member organisations to maximise ordering activity, engagement, and impact. Shape and grow the large organisation/multi-brand NFP strategy.
Act as a thought partner and relationship lead, helping organisations integrate Good360's offerings into their service delivery. Increase revenue and product flow by developing tailored engagement strategies for key NFP stakeholders. Collaborate internally to ensure a best-in-class experience and strong compliance among strategic members. What you bring 5+ years of experience in partnerships, relationship management, or business development, preferably within the NFP, social services, or government sector. Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and reporting capabilities. Familiarity with CRM systems (e. g. , Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Suite.
A relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience. A purpose-driven and values-aligned mindset, with a genuine commitment to driving social and environmental change. Strategic thinking, with strong initiative and collaborative skills. Bonus Points forExperience in the charitable or for-purpose sector is highly preferred. Established network of relevant contacts with potential to become high-value partners.
