NeuroTech Business is our corporate solutions arm, delivering AI and data consulting services, as well as customized training programs for companies, institutions, and universities to upskill their teams and achieve their strategic goals.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Executive to lead and expand the corporate relationships of EliteBridge, NeuroTech’s initiative that connects top AI & Data talents with leading companies across the region.You’ll be responsible for identifying potential partners, negotiating collaborations, and managing long-term strategic alliances that strengthen our ecosystem of education, talent, and employment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with NeuroTech’s business goals.Identify, approach, and close partnership opportunities with companies, HR firms, universities, and tech organizations.Manage the full partnership lifecycle — from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and relationship management.Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to design joint campaigns and initiatives with partner organizations.Build win–win programs that connect EliteBridge graduates with corporate hiring opportunities.Maintain a strong network of decision-makers and ensure continuous engagement with key partners.Track, measure, and report partnership performance and ROI.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Corporate Relations.Strong understanding of B2B relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management.Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Arabic).Experience in the education, HR, or tech industry is a strong plus.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
