Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Strategic Planning Analyst to join our Group Technology team and support the development and execution of our enterprise technology strategy. This is a hands-on role combining analytical rigour with operational coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into insight and insight into action. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to help shape the future of technology at Legal & General.What you’ll be doing:Conducting research into market trends, emerging technologies and competitor activitySupporting the development of technology roadmaps and investment plansTracking KPIs, OKRs and benefits across strategic initiativesCoordinating planning cycles and resource tracking across programmesMaintaining dashboards, reports and documentation to monitor progressPreparing presentations, communications and engagement materialsCapturing and following up on actions from key meetings and workshopsCollaborating with stakeholders to promote alignment and visibility of strategic initiativesQualificationsWho we’re looking for:Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesConfidence using Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured wayExperience in strategy, business analysis or project support is a plusComfortable working with data to generate insights and recommendationsProactive mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solvingInterest in technology, innovation and long-term transformationWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
