Control planning. Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs (CPERM) and project monitoring (MEVOL, PRJ).Main TasksBudgetary monitoring Definiton and control of the Tribe's capacity plan Risk assessement and its follow up Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs Monitor the Tribe’s budget on all its costs and provide monitoringQualificationsTechnical Skills:Excel - Expert SQL (Structured Query Language) Financial control Budget and project planning Reporting Clarity project management system Language SkillsEnglish – ExpertFrench – MasterySoft SkillsMinimum 5 years’ experience as PMO.Coordination and motivation skills Systematica, logical and critical thinking Synthesis capabilities Committement to deliverOther DetailsMain tools used on the job vacancyTools:Jira (advanced level)Clarity (practical level)Excel (advanced level)PowerBI (practical level)Ability to travel outside of PortugalWilling and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances
