As Odevo expands into new markets, Group Procurement is taking on an increasingly important role — becoming a strategic, data-driven function that drives value, strengthens partnerships, and supports sustainable growthWe are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to help shape this next chapter. In this role, you’ll be part of defining how Procurement operates across the Odevo Group — developing smarter ways of working, driving group-level sourcing initiatives, and strengthening supplier collaboration to deliver tangible results.You will report to the Head of Group Procurement and work closely with management teams across Odevo’s markets and operating companies.ResponsibilitiesLead sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations to secure competitive and compliant agreements. Develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives that drive value creation, innovation, and cost efficiency. Strengthen supplier relationships and use data-driven insights to enhance performance and partnership outcomes. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, and Operations to align supplier strategies with business goals and compliance standards.Support post-acquisition alignment of procurement activities — ensuring synergies, consistency, and best practice sharing across newly joined companies.Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) within Odevo group for strategic collaborations within our Private Equity network, evaluating and implementing commercial opportunities.
