MissionIn agreement with the General Manager and the CEO, lead high-impact strategic programs by aligning business objectives with operational initiatives. The strategic program manager ensures the coherence, performance, and success of cross programs in a context of strong growth and with a goal of value creation.Main responsibilitiesWork closely with the GM to pilot strategic projects decided by the CEODefine and structure strategic programs in line with the company's objectivesIdentify risks and propose mitigation plansEnsure coordination between different projects and stakeholders (internal and external)Implement performance indicators and monitor program progressFacilitate executive-level decision-making through clear and concise reportingSupport change and encourage team buy-inConduct strategic monitoring and propose continuous improvement initiativesEducational background / diplomas:Engineer degree in related field, Business school Advanced degree required, MBA a plusInternational experience required Required experience:- Minimum 10 years of experience as strategic programs/projects leader, or COO in a medium-size high-tech company - Hands on experience helping a company transition through organizational life cycle stages - Variety of international leadership positions - Track record of driving 50% plus revenue growth in operating business units - Proven ability to integrate ever evolving [JO1] of the company and its environmentRequired skills :- Understanding the executives’ overall plan for the company- Strong leadership- Capacity to create change and adapts to change- Managing people- Ability to develop constructive and productive working relationships and enhancing them over time- Good understanding of semiconductor technologies- Strong communication skills- Teamwork oriented- English bilingual
