Lead negotiations with external parties and support make versus buy analysesSteer internal decision-making process incl. approval processesFacilitate internal alignment by coordinating with relevant departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, Operations) to gather input and secure approvals. Prepare and present proposals to senior management and steering committees, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. Align global asset landscape and volume flows to maximize value and ensure long-term cost competitivenessSteer partnership development and merger & acquisition (M&A) negotiationsIdentify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership and M&A opportunities in line with business growth ambitions. Lead due diligence processes, coordinating with internal and external experts to assess risks and synergies. Drive post-merger integration activities to ensure seamless transition and realization of expected benefits. = Job Requirements =University degree in economics, finance, strategyAt least 8 years experience in sourcing and contract negotiationsExperience in preparing compelling proposals and demonstrate strong communication skills across multi layers of the organization from senior management to production co-workers.
