Strategic Sourcing Manager - PermanentAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join a leading UK business operating in the leisure and hospitality sector. • Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Director, this role plays a critical part in driving sourcing excellence and delivering commercial value across a wide range of spend areas • You’ll focus on the key categories and supplier relationships that have the greatest impact on business performance, ensuring every sourcing decision delivers measurable value, service, and innovation • Working closely with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance quality, safety, and guest experience • This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of the full sourcing lifecycle — from strategy development and market engagement to negotiation and contract delivery • You’ll identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce cost, and improve value across multiple areas of spend while ensuring compliance and best practice procurement standards • You’ll lead tenders, RFPs, e-sourcing activities, and negotiations to secure the best commercial outcomes • At the point of contract execution, you’ll ensure a smooth transition to procurement operations and business teams for supplier management • You’ll build and maintain a live sourcing plan, balancing strategic initiatives with business-driven priorities • You’ll support business leaders with expert sourcing advice, helping shape decisions that drive sustainable EBITDA improvement • You’ll deliver measurable results including cost savings, service level improvements, and increased innovation from suppliers • You’ll support the Strategic Sourcing Director and Head of Procurement Operations in delivering procurement excellence, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives • This role is ideal for a commercially focused procurement expert who enjoys working collaboratively, influencing at all levels, and delivering tangible business impactSalary : £71k + 20% BonusLocation - Hemel Hempstead
