EMEA Sourcing are looking to expand our Middle East Sourcing team with strong, experienced Specialists and Senior Analysts based in Egypt.We deliver full front-end sourcing support to support EMEA Recruitment’s fulfillment of talent across all Accenture service lines.Role Responsibilities:Design and deliver sourcing strategies for niche, high-volume, and hard-to-fill rolesUtilise available tools and technology to identify and engage passive candidatesPre-qualify passive and active candidates, deliver an excellent candidate experience forUtilise network to build and maintain engaged talent pools for current and future hiring needsBe an expert data-led storytellerDemonstrated experience in a Sourcing/Recruitment roleExperience of proactive headhuntingExperience using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and working with an ATS (exposure to Workday is advantageous)Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet KPIs/SLAsStrong stakeholder and candidate management skillsAbility to analyse data and influence using dataStrong organisation skills and ability to adhere to governanceExcellent communication skills and fluent English Experience working in a large, complex organisation, preferably consulting/technologyExperience of recruiting for the Middle East region essential, experience with nationalisation/Emiratisation greatly advantageous
