Senior Test Manager for CRM project

Strategic Staffing Solutions International's client is a Nordic bank headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, offering a wide range of financial services including retail banking, corporate banking, and asset management. The position is 12 month contract with possibility to extend contract later. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage end-to-end testing efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. Develop and execute test strategies across multiple squads and components. Oversee all phases of the test lifecycle including planning, execution, tracking, and closure. Ensure full test coverage across unit, system, integration, regression, UAT, performance, and security testing. Define and track test criteria and outcomes for UAT.

Coordinate releases with development, QA, and operations teams in a hybrid deployment model. Collaborate effectively with internal business units, IT teams, and external vendors. Report on test progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders and leadership. REQUIREMENTS: CRM System Testing: Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Skilled in testing both OOTB features and custom configurations. Test Strategy & Planning: Strong in defining test strategies for complex systems. Experience in unit, system, integration, regression, UAT, performance, operational acceptance, and security testing. Project Methodologies: Worked in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models. Adapts test planning to fit delivery approach. Tools: Proficient in JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, or similar tools.
