Strategic Staffing Solutions International client - a leading global electronics manufacturer with nearly a century of innovation behind them – is looking for an HR Generalist to join their growing team in Lampertheim, Germany. What You'll Do:
Competent support and advising of managers and employees on all HR-related and labor law issues within assigned areas of responsibilitySolution-oriented handling of all HR topics in close collaboration with the works councilEnsuring compliance with all relevant labor, collective bargaining, and works constitution law regulations and requirementsClose cooperation with our HR specialist departments such as Recruiting, Payroll, and HR AdministrationParticipation in strategic HR projectsFor a perfect match, you need: Completed degree in business administration with a focus on human resources management or similar, or a comparable qualification (e. g.
, vocational training)Initial relevant experience in generalist HR work or similar HR rolesSolid knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law as well as experience in working with works councils would be desirableHigh level of initiative, strong communication skills, and a structured, goal-oriented approach to work, as well as team spirit and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environmentGood knowledge of MS Office, and ideally experience with WORKDAYFluent German (C1/C2) and good spoken and written English skills (B2/C1/C2)Willingness to commute to Lampertheim, Germany at least 3 times per weekWhat we offer:
