Strategy Analyst

As a Strategy Analyst at Platformance, you will be crucial in supporting our strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights and comprehensive research. You'll work closely with senior leadership to uncover market trends, analyze brand/competitor activities and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who is passionate about leveraging data to build compelling narratives and strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market and competitor research: Research consumer behaviour and industry trends, using tools and resources to test hypotheses and perform data analysis.Organize insights into actionable formats for leadership.Develop research-based content: Support the creation of data-driven content for internal and external use, including reports, presentations, and case studies.Collaborate with teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all research and data analysis align with business objectives.Manage and prioritize projects: Handle multiple research projects, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.Qualifications2+ years of experience in business analysis, research or a related field is preferred; alternatively, a degree involving research, statistics and/or data analysisProfessional proficiency in English, both written and verbalProven ability to work with data sets, understand trends and use tools for data visualisationA keen analytical eye and interest in dissecting numbers and research into valuable insightsStrong organizational and project management skillsDemonstrated interest in and use of AI toolsExperience with PR and marketing research tools is a plus.Knowledge of digital media and advertising industry trends is a strong plus
