If you're passionate about making a tangible impact in the global financial landscape, and eager to grow within a company that's constantly innovating, M-DAQ Global offers a unique opportunity.Join us and be part of the team powering faster, smarter cross-border payment and FX solutions for Asia and the world.For more information, please visit: www.m-daq.com.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the Corporate Finance & Strategy team, along with CEO and product heads to formulate and execute the M&A strategy for the CompanySupport deal teams in creating, maintaining, and utilizing complex financial modelsPerform financial and valuation analysis such as discounted cash flow analysis and multiple valuation analysisPerform due diligence, research and analysis on M&A transactionsAssist in origination, structuring and targeting of new M&A dealsPrepare business presentations and analysis on strategic corporate initiativesPrepare industry research in the fintech spaceOther relevant ad hoc projects as neededDesired Skill Sets and AttributesAble to commit to a Full-Time internship of 6 months starting from July/August 2025Bachelor’s degree with relevant internship experience preferredGenuine interest in M&A and fintech sectorStrong analytical and numerical skillsExtraordinarily high level of motivation and commitmentCapable of delivering results while working under tight deadlinesHigh level of focus on work quality and attention to detailComfort reading and interpreting financial statementsGood computer skills including MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Bloomberg terminalStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work well in a team-based environmentStrong ability to work independently and to manage internal and external deadlines.Pro-active, dynamic individuals with a keen curiosity to learn will find this role rewardingWhy Us?Make a positive impact to the world’s economy by creating a World without Currency Borders™Team Innovation Mindset, People-OrientedChallenging environment, offering great opportunities to learn and growCreative and Innovative Workplace
