As a member of StratOps, you’ll operate at the center of the company’s most important initiatives from leading annual planning to NPI. You'll partner directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define strategy, turn it into action, and ensure disciplined execution as the organization scales. Examples include annual and quarterly planning processes, new product introduction (NPI) and board meeting content preparationDesign and implement company-wide processes to track priorities, goals, and results, ensuring high-quality deliverablesTackle complex, ambiguous problems by synthesizing diverse stakeholder opinions, forming recommendations, and developing end-to-end solutionsDrive special ad hoc projects from inception to completion as directed by business leaders to enable state changes in the businessManage and improve business cadence for key company-wide and cross-functional reviews (e.g., QBRs)The organization is a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hoursIf You've Got It - We Want ItExperience: 10+ years in corporate strategy, consulting, or business operations roles at top firms or tech companiesStrategic Planning: Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities and effective program management skills, with ability to organize and manage multiple company-wide initiatives in parallelProblem Solving and Insight: Adaptable and results-oriented systems thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments, learns quickly, and approaches challenges entrepreneuriallyCommunication and Influence: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to influence diverse personalities and present to C-level stakeholdersAnalytical Ability: Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills, including advanced problem-solving and conflict resolutionLeadership: Ability to work independently, drive cross-functional initiatives, and lead without direct authorityCollaboration and Teamwork: Leverage functional empathy to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, understand diverse perspectives, and align on shared objectives to achieve resultsBONUS:Deep knowledge of the IT and Security data marketsExperience in late-stage B2B SaaS startups and / or early public B2B SaaS companiesFamiliarity with leading AI tools and applying agents to address operational tasksMBA or professional business degreePassionate about diversity, equity, and inclusionSalary Range ($155,000 - $205,000)The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
