Job Profile SummaryAs part of the Strategy Management Office (SMO), the Associate Strategy Director leads the development and oversees the execution of SoftServe’s strategic initiatives. This role entails direct engagement with company’s Executive Leadership to design, oversee, and execute high-impact initiatives, while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. The Associate Strategy Director plays a critical role in shaping long-term vision, driving transformation, and enabling sustainable growth across the organization. The team operates in a project-based model, applying approaches and methodologies similar to those of leading consulting firms.Duties & ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with SoftServe’s management, you will contribute to shaping the company’s strategy and long-term vision, while driving transformative programs that influence processes, operating models, and company-wide strategic goalsYou will collaborate directly with the Executive Team (C-1/C-2) and Board as strategy advisor to design the strategic initiatives and oversee their implementationYou will drive rigorous, data-driven problem identification and analysis, competitor and market intelligence, translate opportunities and risks. You will also explore and conceptualize solution options, and develop structured transformation programs that provide the foundation for sustainable growth and efficiency across the companyYou will collaborate with stakeholders to align corporate, functional, and individual OKRs with the approved corporate strategyYou will engage in the investment committee activities to ensure that the corporate investment portfolio remains consistent with the company’s strategic goalsExperience And Qualifications7+ years of work experience with a leading top management consulting firm. Alternatively, strong experience in corporate strategy or transformation role, with a demonstrated track record of driving complex programs and delivering measurable business impactExcellent problem-solving skills with the capability to structure and independently navigate ambiguity and complex assignmentsExcellent executive communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions and leadership levelsA passion for turning strategic ideas into reality, combined with flexibility and adaptability to navigate challenges and ensure effective implementationSoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
