About the RoleYayasan Pendidikan Kader Bangsa (YPKBI) is looking for a data-driven thinker with strong logic and passion to transform Indonesia’s high schools by making international-standard education more affordable and adaptable for diverse contexts nationwide as a Strategy Associate.You’ll work with some of Indonesia’s brightest minds to design, test, and evaluate strategies, programs, and tools — assessing both educational and economic feasibility to ensure programs deliver real, measurable improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare strategic reports and presentations to support leadership discussions and cross-team collaborations.Assist in program planning and monitoring using data-driven approaches.Collaborate with various teams to design solutions that address the real needs of beneficiaries.Manage and analyze data using Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas) and create clear, engaging presentations with PowerPoint.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in STEM (Industrial, Informatics, Civil, Applied Math, or related fields) from a top university.1–3 years of relevant work experience or involvement in transformation-related projects.Strong analytical and systematic thinking with the ability to assess economic feasibility.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; able to create simple, clear, and professional slide decks.Excellent leadership and communication skillsHumble, logical, and eager to learn.Preferred QualificationsBackground in research, consulting projects, or project management.Basic understanding of policy analysis or social impact evaluation.
