Strategy Consultant

**This is a 4-6 week contract, hybrid in KL. Research/strategy experience in healthcare is a must have. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia required.**Project OverviewOur client is a global management consulting firm. They are launching a short-term strategy project in Malaysia focused on the Healthcare Services sector. The engagement will involve market research, data collection, and analysis across hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic laboratories to support client decision-making and strategy development.Consultants will work closely with the core project team, contributing local market insights, conducting structured interviews, and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research, data gathering, and analysis within the Malaysian healthcare ecosystem.Support structured interviews and discussions with local healthcare stakeholders (e.g., hospital administrators, clinic managers, lab directors).Provide sector insights and context around healthcare operations, business models, and patient pathways.Contribute to development of market sizing, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessment materials.Work collaboratively with consulting team to validate assumptions and refine recommendations.Ideal ProfileExperience:Background in Malaysian healthcare services (e.g., hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs).Prior exposure to strategy consulting, healthcare operations, or research projects preferred.Skills:Strong analytical, research, and synthesis skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.Comfortable working in fast-paced consulting environments.Language:Fluency in Bahasa Melayu (required).Strong written and spoken English proficiency
