Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready and willing to deliver business value, wherever needed. In your role, you may be responsible for:Define Salesforce-enabled strategy roadmaps aligned with business objectives.Lead strategic discussions with executives on CRM, customer journey, and digital marketing.Drive end-to-end Salesforce strategy for Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment of technical solutions.Develop thought leadership and support proposal development for new opportunities.SwitzerlandWhat We OfferIndividual career pathAccess to countless trainings and certification offeringsA knowledge sharing cultureAn environment where you are actively contributing your ideasThe possibility to work in projects in one of the largest IT companiesPreferred EducationMaster's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseExtensive consulting experience Salesforce & CRM Strategy.Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds).Experience in CRM transformation, customer engagement, or digital strategy projects.Excellent communication and executive presence in client-facing settings.Ability to lead with a point of view and influence senior decision-makers.Fluency in English and French. Swiss/EU nationality or valid Swiss permit required.Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceSalesforce certifications (Strategy Designer, Consultant, or Architect).Knowledge of AI/automation in CRM and digital engagement.Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/Finance/Operations platforms.
