Through these capabilities we enable the transparency, efficiency and sustainability of electric vehicles, autonomous vehicles and the overall global transport ecosystem.The staff function EE Strategy & Change, supports the 3000 people of the two Group R&D Areas, for the improved delivery of differentiating platform- and application capabilities, ultimately competitively differentiating TRATON brands. We do this by driving (developing and implementing) the Group R&D EE Areas’ Joint strategy management, in alignment with Group R&D Strategy Joint culture management, in alignment with Group R&D Way Flow- & area enablement (area steering), and Management supportWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Strategy Developer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on our ways of working, the ”culture” and the management system of the Group R&D EE Areas, as we go through multiple transformation challenges.You will work with defining and implementing concrete strategies to address both problems and opportunities, and will take part in the overall stategy shaping process for the Group R&D EE Areas. You will also work hands-on with management teams and developer teams to drive the transformational cultural change.Who are you?The ideal candidate has a strong background in leadership and organizational development and has a passion for lean agile ways of working in a development organization. Whether you are a manager seeking a strategic challenge or an experienced generalist or specialist, your ability to see the bigger picture will be essential for success.We are looking for an experienced strategy professional with excellent co-operation and communication skills. You like to see things getting done and you enjoy creating common goals. You have a can-do mentality combined with an analytical mindset and structured way of working. An interest in applied use cases of data and control capabilities, and their value creation helps.You most likely have a Master’s degree in engineering physics, industrial economics, electrical engineering, computer science, or the equivalent. A professional background from management consulting, working with large enterprise organizations to set up efficient agile organizations, possibly in different industries, or similar experience, is a strong plus.What can we offer?
