This role provides hands-on exposure to real business challenges and is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain experience in strategic planning within the Australian market.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic projects.Assist in preparing reports, insights, and presentations for internal stakeholders.Analyse business and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.Support development of strategic recommendations and planning initiatives.Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.Collaborate with teams across Strategy, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.Maintain project documentation and track progress of initiatives.Stay informed about industry trends and market developments in Australia.RequirementsEducationCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Finance, Analytics, or related field.Skills & QualificationsStrong analytical and research skills.Good written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Basic understanding of strategy or business planning concepts.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.Preferred but Not RequiredPrior internship or academic project experience in strategy, consulting, or market research.Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or basic data analysis.Knowledge of the Australian business environment or emerging trends.What You Will GainReal-world experience in strategy and business planning.Exposure to cross-functional projects and corporate initiatives.Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.Development of analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Potential pathway into Strategy Analyst, Consultant, or Business role.
