Strategy Leader

A Snapshot of Your DayThe Strategy Leader demonstrates accountability for supporting the ME Hub in analyzing and assessing the market dynamics and support with strategic initiatives. In this role, you will conduct the market research leveraging the market intel available to SE and provide internal stakeholders within the ME region with market data to support key strategic initiatives. You will deliver industry and customer knowledge and engage in strategic assessments to support the Head of Strategy.How You’ll Make An ImpactDevelop and share a thorough understanding of the regional market dynamics and competitive environment across the Siemens Energy portfolio, including market dynamics and trends by country in the Middle East, customer analysis, and the competitive environment and technology drivers.Support with Market Evaluation Process (MEP); alignment between Hub and Business AreasSupport the ME Strategy Plan (i.e. SE Strategy Regional process)Support the Regional Strategy Head in assessing strategic opportunities and delivering customer (Key Accounts) or country roadmaps; identifying growth initiatives in the MEDeliver management reviews to support Executive visits; internal / external business reviews and customer presentations as neededSupport special / one-off projects as neededWhat You BringBachelor’s degree, preferably Masters degree. Experience in Strategy and Marketing (3 to 5 years in a similar role); with demonstrated experience in analysis, command of marketing tools and techniquesPossess strong analytical, oral and written communication, and presentation skills, along with organizational abilities, the capacity to work under tight deadlines, and good interpersonal and leadership skills.Demonstrated understanding of the Energy market, regional business climate and practicesAbility to work across functions and organizational boundaries to quickly mobilize stakeholders and resourcesHave knowledge of Siemens Energy solutions, products, and services, along with consulting experience from major consultancies or audit firms.Strong execution skills and influencing skills and experience in project management is an advantageAbout The TeamOur Corporate and Global Functions are essential in driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across various departments, business areas, and regions.
