Strategy Manager - PE backed business

As the business enters its next phase of growth there is a desire to hire a commercially focused, strategic thinker to provide additional capability to the senior team with both organic and inorganic growth initiatives. Key responsibilities of the role will include:Drive and deliver strategic growth projectsAssist the business to steer customer engagement and profitActively engage across the business and, in particular, with the senior leadership team to manage operational diligenceSynthesise financial data to aid in strategic decision making and drive commercial efficienciesSuccessful applicants will, at their core, be laser focused on building a long-term career within a business, with aspirations of being a CEO in the future. Working for a highly experienced CEO and Board this will be a fast paced and dynamic role where you will be able to learn first-hand about business operations and dynamics. Key personal attributes will include:Likely have 4-7 years' experience gained from corporate advisory, private equity, corporate development or strategy consultingDeep and structured thinker who communicates with a clear and concise style, displaying strong emotional intelligence and ability to "read the room"Ability to work with urgency, project manage and exhibit a thirst for knowledge and hunger to learn, develop and deliverIntellectual and commercial maturityThis represents a first-class opportunity to work side by side with the C-Suite, their broader team and investors.
