As Strategy Manager, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff and the senior leadership team to ensure that Arcadia’s strategic initiatives are executed effectively, coherently and in alignment with our mission to promote accessible high quality education art and social impact.You will oversee the work of our Strategy Consultants(10), guiding the development of strategic analyses, ensuring the consistency of organisational priorities and maintaining the quality and rigour of our strategic outputs. A key element of this role is to translate leadership directives into actionable plans, manage cross departmental coordination and ensure that strategic projects progress in a timely and structured manner. The Strategy Manager will serve as a central point of alignment across strategic functions, facilitating clear communication between consultants, departmental leaders and the Chief of Staff. You will help maintain strategic discipline across the organisation, ensure alignment between operational activities and long term objectives, and foster a culture of analytical excellence and organisational coherence.This is a unique opportunity to assume a strategic leadership position within a prominent international non profit organisation, shaping Arcadia’s strategic direction and strengthening the impact of its global work. The Strategy Manager will bring strong analytical capability, sound judgement to support Arcadia’s. Key ResponsibilitiesAs Strategy Manager, you will play a central role in strengthening Arcadia’s strategic discipline and supporting the Chief of Staff in guiding the organisation’s long term agenda.Strategic Coordination and LeadershipWork in close partnership with the Chief of Staff to shape and manage the organisation’s strategic priorities. Ensure that strategic initiatives are understood and coordinated across departments. Facilitate effective working relationships among consultants, managers and senior leaders, helping resolve misalignments early and maintaining momentum on key objectives. Support leadership in translating high level direction into operationally meaningful steps.Project Management and Strategic DeliveryOversee the structuring and implementation of strategic projects, maintaining visibility into timelines, risks and interdependencies. Strengthen project discipline by ensuring that each initiative has a clear scope, a credible path to delivery and defined measures of success. Provide steady oversight that enables teams to work with confidence and purpose.Executive Reporting and Insight DevelopmentSupport the Chief of Staff in preparing concise, high quality strategic materials for leadership discussions and board level reporting. Synthesize input from Strategy Consultants into insights that are both analytically rigorous and practically relevant. Ensure that the organisation’s strategic narrative remains coherent, current and aligned with evolving priorities.Skills and Competencies RequiredCommunication and Relationship ManagementStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders, build trust across teams and facilitate transparent dialogue. Communication style that supports collaboration in complex or high pressure contexts.Adaptability and ResilienceAbility to adjust direction when necessary without losing sight of overarching objectives. Demonstrated resilience and professionalism when navigating ambiguity or organisational change.Leadership and Strategic ThinkingA track record of sound judgement in strategic and analytical work, ideally gained within consulting or a similarly structured environment. Ability to connect long term goals with day to day execution, ensuring that strategic ambition is supported by coherent operational planning.QualificationsA master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, Economics, or a closely related field. Additional training in strategy, organisational leadership or analytical disciplines is considered an asset.A strong professional background in strategy or management consulting. Candidates with 3 years of consulting experience at a top tier firm, combined with a relevant master’s degree or applicants from Big Four or boutique consultancy, strategy practices are expected to demonstrate approximately 5 years of relevant experience with clear evidence of analytical rigour and strategic responsibility.Experience working with clients, projects or stakeholders at C level or board level is considered a significant asset. A collaborative and empathetic leadership style, with the ability to foster a culture of inclusion, trust, and performance excellence. Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills to support the needs of the CEO and the broader organisation.Proven ability to manage complex internal communications between senior leadership teams and departments. Ability to foster strong relationships, build trust, and facilitate effective dialogue across the organisation.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly. Including data collection, process improvement, and the ability to distill and synthesise information to inform high-level decision-making.A solution-focused mindset with the ability to problem-solve efficiently and maintain composure in demanding situations.Fluency in English (CEFR C1) is required. French and German are not mandatory but welcomed.Comfortable with part-time commitment, contributing 8–10 hours (20%) per week, with availability for remote work and flexibility in selecting your own working hours.A motivational and empathetic leadership style, with a commitment to fostering inclusivity, integrity, and excellence.
