IT manages all aspects of the IT Program Lifecycle, and aligns our IT strategy and daily operations with our strategic programs, partners with the business to grow, and continues to offer a modern experience to our employees.Partner with the bestAs a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will support the planning, execution, and ongoing operation of cross-functional initiatives by providing structured analysis, documentation, coordination, and reporting. You will work closely with Strategy & Operations leadership and stakeholders to ensure initiatives progress in alignment with priorities and expectations, to improve visibility, and promote continuous improvement.As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:Supporting cross-functional initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining clear documentationCollaborating across teams and levels, communicating status, risks, and insights clearly and conciselyDeveloping and maintaining detailed trackers, plans, and reports to support initiative execution and accountabilityAnalyzing workflows, processes, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support informed decision-makingInterpreting data and qualitative inputs to surface patterns and insights in a structured, actionable mannerOperating within defined scope and priorities, escalating risks or dependencies as neededDo What You LoveTo be successful in this role you will:Have 2 - 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Have experience in a Strategy & Operations, Program Management, Business Analysis, or Consulting rolePossess solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailDemonstrate clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbalHave the ability to learn quickly, apply feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentHave experience using collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace, project tracking tools)Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives while maintaining organization and qualityWork in a way that works for youFlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
