This team creates the processes and conditions that enable high performance across teams and helps the organization scale with focus and discipline.The team partners closely with the CMO, Marketing, and Sales Development leadership to define strategy, lead operational planning, and steward execution across global programs.The work spans cross-functional efforts that are critical to the organization’s growth. From delivering strategic insights and frameworks to leading complex initiatives, the focus is on what moves the needle most for the business. If you like hard problems, are analytical, and are an amazing teammate, this is the place for you.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with Finance, GTM, Product, and Operations to drive monthly business reviews, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning processes for the Marketing and SD organization, including investment decisions, strategic priorities, business goal setting, target setting, and communications.Leverage product and business analytics to perform ad-hoc, deep-dives on user engagement patterns, conversion trends, and growth opportunities across the self-serve and sold funnel. Use this insight to shape hypotheses, drive prioritization conversations, and identify areas to probe more deeply in partnership with Product, Growth, and GTM teams.Independently scope and lead strategic programs to solve high-impact problems. This includes developing frameworks, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring execution drives measurable outcomes. For example, develop and operationalize a product and go-to-market strategy for startups.Summarize organizational performance and progress through weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, internal newsletters, and company-wide updates. Use data to tell a compelling story and drive alignment on where the organization is winning and where it needs to focus.Bring clarity to ambiguity. Navigate complexity, distill insight from noise, resolve issues quickly, and empower teams to make smart, confident decisions.Drive analysis and research that will help inform the organization’s overall strategy and help make the right long-term decisions.Work directly with senior leaders across the organization and with cross-functional partners to accelerate progress, solve hard scaling initiatives, and incubate new programs.Design and implement complex business and operational systems and processes.Required Qualifications7 years of experience in consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, product strategy, product management, or similar roles with exposure to both business and technical skills.Experience working in highly cross-functional settings, and in a role that spans strategy, analysis, and operations in a fast-paced environment.Critical and first-principles thinking, with the ability to zoom out to the most important questions.Passion for digging deep into data to diagnose business issues and solve problems.Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to speak to leaders across teams including product, engineering, analytics, sales, and partnerships.An ability to execute with minimal guidance and with a high degree of ambiguity.Preferred Qualifications5 years prior experience in payments, finance, fintech, or high-growth technology companies.3 years of experience working directly with C-level executives and their direct reports.3 years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, or consulting.3 years of experience navigating large data sets and/or SQL.Note:“We are not the EOR (Employer of Record) for this position.
