If you’re motivated by purpose, obsessed with excellence, and ready to work very hard to accelerate the future of intelligence, join us in building what's next.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport the leadership team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as neededIdentify areas for process improvement and automationAssist with hiring and onboarding new team membersManage vendor relationships and procurementHelp with facilities management, travel coordination, and other general operations tasksImplement and drive key operational processes and systems across the businessSupport executive team initiatives working with functional teams in finance, HR, legal, complianceDay-to-DayWork closely with the CEO, COO, and other functional leaders to execute on key prioritiesManage multiple concurrent projects and tasks with a high degree of autonomyLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutionsStay on top of deadlines, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracksContinuously look for ways to streamline and optimize operationsWhat We ValueExcellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAdaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, ambiguous environmentStrong communications & stakeholder managementIntrinsic bias towards actionInterest in or exposure to the tech/AI industry preferred but not requiredFluidstack is looking for someone who can "hit the ground running" and take full ownership of their work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, generalist operations or consulting role, ideally at a startup or scale-upEngineering background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Physics.Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL)Salary & BenefitsWe are committed to pay equity and transparency.The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
