About the RoleWe’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to partner with the Founders in driving business growth and operational excellence across retail, e-commerce, and product divisions.This is a hands-on role for someone who has solid experience in the fashion or retail industry, understands how commercial, merchandising, and marketing connect — and enjoys turning strategy into action on the ground.You’ll be working on both strategic and operational fronts: driving retail performance, analysing product and sales data, coordinating business improvement projects, and ensuring cross-functional execution.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Founders to drive key business and commercial initiatives across retail and online channels.Analyse sales, product mix, and stock performance, and propose actionable insights to improve sell-through and margin.Coordinate cross-functional improvement projects across Product, Marketing, and Retail teams — from planning to execution.Support business planning and performance tracking, including preparation of dashboards and reports.Identify opportunities for process and productivity improvement within operations, retail, and merchandising.Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.Assist in retail expansion, new initiatives, or pop-up activations — ensuring readiness and performance follow-through.What we are looking for..Strong background in fashion, retail, or consumer business operations.A strategic thinker who also enjoys solving operational problems hands-on.Analytical and commercially driven, with a good grasp of sales, product, and customer data.Independent and resourceful, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.Strong communication skills and an ability to connect cross-functionally.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Fashion Management, Retail Management, Finance, Accounting or related field.3–6 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, or commercial/strategy roles within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry.Strong understanding of key retail metrics (sales, sell-through, margin, stock turnover).Comfortable working with reports, Excel, and simple dashboards to extract insights.Project management experience preferred (able to plan, track, and deliver).What You’ll GainWork directly with the Founders on real business growth strategy and execution.Gain cross-department exposure — retail, product, marketing, and operations.Opportunity to make a visible, measurable impact in a growing fashion brand.Opportunity to grow into future leadership rolesIf you have both fashion industry experience and a passion for improving how the business runs — this role is built for you.
