It owns the full delivery lifecycle: from feature design and implementation to support and maintenance. Work is split between developing new functionality and evolving existing systems, with rotation based on project priorities. Engineers participate in technical discussions, contribute to design decisions, and are expected to deliver maintainable code and thoughtfully designed solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop modern web applications and backend services.Extend and refactor existing systems as part of ongoing product evolution.Implement business features and actively contribute to architectural and design decisions.Participate in estimations and drive technical improvements as part of the team's development process.Conduct code reviews and collaborate with peers to maintain codebase standards.Analyse and resolve issues in test and production environments.SkillsMust have5+ years of commercial experience as a Java developerSolid knowledge of Java core, Spring, ORM, SQL, and RedisFirm understanding of Client-Server architecture, REST, ServletsHands-on experience with Java Messaging and MicroservicesExperience with Maven, bash, DockerGood spoken English and solid communication skills overallStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsNice to haveEducation: Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science or computer engineeringExperience in using JavaScript, HTML, and CSSLanguagesUkrainian: C2 Proficient,English: B2 Upper Intermediate
