The ideal candidate should be confident in preparing detailed drawings and coordinating with engineers and site teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed structural and architectural drawings as per project requirementsDevelop plans, sections, elevations, and details for buildings and related structuresCoordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to incorporate design changesEnsure drawings comply with UAE standards, regulations, and project specificationsUpdate drawings based on comments from consultants and authoritiesMaintain proper documentation and drawing records for all ongoing projectsRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Structural and Architectural Draftsman in the UAEStrong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting softwareGood understanding of structural and architectural details and building codesExperience in preparing drawings for authority submissions in the UAE is an advantageAbility to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawingsAttention to detail and ability to work within deadlinesGood communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external teamsInterested candidates are requested to send their CV to HR@ssgae.com with the subject "Application for Draftsman"
