Structural Engineer

Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer Reports to: Lead Structural EngineerRole Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer with strong technical foundations and an interest in precast concrete systems and data center design. The successful candidate will support the engineering team in delivering high-quality structural solutions, preparing designs, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. US project experience is considered an asset.Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing structural design concepts, calculations, and analysis for projects, particularly with precast concrete systems and data centersPrepare engineering drawings, models, specifications, and technical documentation.Perform structural analysis under the supervision of senior engineers, ensuring compliance with international codes (ACI, AISC, ASCE, IBC, etc.).Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other design disciplines to achieve fully integrated solutions.Participate in design reviews, QA/QC processes, and technical meetings.Support site inspections and construction administration activities when required.Contribute to problem-solving, cost-effective solutions, and innovative structural approaches.Stay updated with industry best practices, materials, and technologies.Qualifications:3–7 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with precast concrete systems.Previous involvement in data center projects is a plus.Knowledge of US building codes and standards is an asset.Proficiency in structural software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Revit Structure, Tekla, AutoCAD).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.Bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering (master’s preferred).
