In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and safety of construction projects through comprehensive on-site inspections and evaluations. Tower's experience is a requirement.Conduct thorough on-site inspections of structural elements in building projects throughout DubaiVerify compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approved plans specific to Dubai and the UAEIdentify structural defects, safety hazards, and non-compliant work with a keen analytical eyePrepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records using efficient data management systemsReview and interpret technical drawings and specifications with precisionProvide well-reasoned recommendations for corrective actions when necessaryStay updated on local building codes, international standards, and industry best practicesParticipate in project meetings and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholdersOrganize and prioritize multiple inspection tasks to meet project deadlinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and structural integrityQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in structural inspection or a related field out of which 3 years minimum with a Consultant.In-depth knowledge of building regulations, particularly those specific to Dubai and the UAEProficiency in structural inspection techniques and methodologiesStrong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExtensive knowledge of construction materials and methodsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced computer skills for efficient report writing and data managementComprehensive understanding of structural engineering principles and practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailAbility to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations in DubaiFamiliarity with international structural inspection standardsAdaptability to changing project requirements and construction environmentsValid UAE driver's license for site visitsPhysical fitness to navigate construction sites safely
