Compliance Officer

Our client is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure full adherence to regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and industry best practices. This role requires strong independent judgment, technical expertise in compliance, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.Conduct compliance monitoring and testing reviews to evaluate internal controls and identify areas for improvement.Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, coordinating responses, and implementing corrective actions.Oversee KYC, due diligence, risk assessments, AML-related procedures, and UBO framework requirements.Maintain strong compliance standards, including proper documentation, delegation of authority, and support for Compliance Committee processes.Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).ACAMS certification required.Proven relevant compliance experience.Strong understanding of AML regulations, Economic Substance Regulation, and compliance frameworks.High proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.Exceptional attention to detail and strong integrity.Strong communication skills in English; an additional language is an advantage.If you’re a detail-oriented compliance professional who’s ready to uphold strong regulatory standards and support organizational integrity, we’d love to hear from you.
