In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and inspecting landscape architectural projects to ensure compliance with local regulations, design standards, and environmental sustainability practices.Conduct thorough site inspections of landscape architectural projects.Review and analyze landscape design plans, specifications, and construction documents for compliance with local building codes and regulationsPrepare detailed inspection reports, identifying any issues or areas of non-complianceCollaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to resolve design and construction-related concernsEvaluate the use of sustainable landscape practices and recommend improvements where necessaryUtilize CAD software and GIS systems to assess and document landscape designsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standardsProvide expert advice on landscape architecture principles and best practices to project stakeholdersParticipate in project meetings and present findings to clients and team membersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related fieldProfessional Landscape Architect (PLA) license or equivalent certificationMinimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture or a related fieldProven experience in conducting site inspections and evaluationsStrong knowledge of landscape architecture principles and practicesProficiency in CAD software and GIS systemsThorough understanding of local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesKeen attention to detail and ability to read and interpret architectural plansKnowledge of sustainable landscape design practicesFamiliarity with local flora and environmental conditions in UAEAbility to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
