The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support, repairs, and maintenance for a vacuum cleaner, ensuring an excellent customer experience at every step.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair a range of vacuum cleanersPerform preventative maintenance, product testing, and quality checksDocument all service activities, parts used, and repair outcomesProvide professional guidance on product usage, care, and maintenanceEnsure timely completion of service requests with a customer-first approachProcess service reports and coordinate with the service team for parts and follow-upsRequirements:Proven experience in appliance, electronics, or small device repairExperience in robot vacuum cleaner is a plus!Strong problem-solving and technical skillsStrong understanding of electrical and mechanical systemsGood communication and customer-service mindsetHow to Apply:Send your CV to [mica@unido.ae], with the subject line:"After Sales Technician - Ecovacs MEA"
