Job Description

The Regional Key Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth and expanding Wrist Middle East’s market presence across the region, while collaborating closely with Wrist’s global network.This role combines new business acquisition with strategic account development for key regional clients that often operate across multiple geographies, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.The focus will be approximately 60% on developing new business and 40% on managing and expanding existing key accounts. The role requires close collaboration with Customer Service, Procurement and Operations teams across both regional and global offices to ensure seamless delivery and customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Business DevelopmentIdentify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across the Middle East region, in alignment with Wrist’s global growth objectives.Develop and implement regional sales strategies that leverage Wrist’s international network and capabilities.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, market research and lead generation.Prepare and deliver customized proposals, bids and client presentations.Negotiate commercial terms and close new contracts to achieve annual sales targets.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.Key Account ManagementManage a portfolio of key accounts within the region, many of which operate globally, ensuring retention, growth and profitability.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations and across Wrist’s international offices.Drive account performance globally by collaborating with Wrist’s global commercial and operational teams.Conduct regular business reviews, performance analysis and identify opportunities for upselling or service enhancement.Develop account plans, set growth targets and monitor progress against KPIs.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Customer Service, Procurement and Operations teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders to develop pricing strategies, optimize delivery solutions and align on commercial goals.Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.Experience & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.5+ years of experience in business development, account management or sales, ideally within logistics, maritime or B2B service industries.Proven track record of achieving business growth and managing key clients with global operations.Experience in developing and executing regional sales strategies.Strong command of English; Arabic is an advantage.Key Competencies:Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Customer-focused, with the ability to build long-term, multi-market partnerships.Strategic thinker with a structured and data-driven approach.Collaborative team player with cross-functional and cross-regional leadership skills.Adaptable, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Our Commitment to InclusionAt Wrist, we are committed to cultivating a culture of belonging where every individual feels seen, valued, and respected.
