Do you want to be part of this journey?Role SummaryWe are looking for a Structuring Finance Analyst to join our global Treasury team at TFS Headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of all live ABS (Asset Backed Securitization) transactions, ensuring smooth annual renewals, audits, and due diligence processes. You will play a key role in maintaining relationships with banks, internal stakeholders, and other relevant entities across the TRATON Group.Job ResponsibilitiesGlobal responsibility of Administration and management of all active ABS transactionsResponsible for annual renewal of existing ABS programsPrimary contact towards TRATON Treasury Internal Bank regarding hedging of interest rate risk arising under ABS-transactionsOrganize and coordinate annual due diligence meetings for existing transactionsCoordinate asset audits on existing transactionsSupervise and handle questions related to investor reportsContinuously benchmark ABS cost of funds versus internal cost of fundsCoordinate and structure bi-annual RFQs to banksResponsible for the ABS-portal from a TFS HQ perspective (once implemented)Who You AreEducation: University degreeExperience: 3-5 years of relevant working experienceBasic understanding of Financial Loan DocumentationGood understanding of financial reportingStrong analytical and organizational skills — a structured mindset is essentialAbility and interest to, over time, take ownership of own ABS projectsProactive approach to develop and maintain processesExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsFluency in English (both written and spoken)TRATON Financial Services Offers We offer a dynamic, flexible workplace with hybrid work options, including Scania Sergel placed in central Stockholm.
