Our high learner’s quality is achieved through our designated: specialized curriculum, experienced industry trainers, and built project portfolios, allowing learners to gain hands-on expertise and build a strong portfolio to enter the digital workforce with skills and confidence. Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Student Engagement Officer, primarily located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with some work from home acceptable. The Student Engagement Officer will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with students, managing communication between students and the academy, organizing events and activities, addressing student queries and concerns, and developing strategies to enhance student engagement and retention. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different departments, handling student feedback, and ensuring effective communication channels.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEvent planning and organizational skillsProblem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using technology and digital communication toolsExperience in a similar role or in an educational setting is an advantageBachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Psychology, or related field
